David Baule has more than 15 years experience in telecommunications, management and network technology with a successful track record of setting strategic direction and organizational development. Prior to founding Core180, Mr. Baule was responsible for developing the sales and support division for The telx Group, Inc., one of the largest interconnection providers in the Northeastern and Southeastern United States. While at telx, Mr. Baule increased the number of Carrier and Service Providers present by over 400% and attracted many key clients. Mr. Baule has also held Senior Management Positions with leading Technology, IP and Communications Providers, including Vice President of Business Development for Cenus Technologies focusing on network distribution and application layer routing and TotalTel Communications. Additionally, he was a founding member of Erols Internet's Business Services Group where he oversaw the acquisition and integration of Erols Internet by RCN Corporation. Mr. Baule has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. |
Richard Murphy brings more than 30 years of operations, management and sales experience to Core180. Prior to founding Core180, he was CEO and Founder UTC Associates. Previous to UTC, Mr. Murphy was the Chief Operating Officer at congruency, a leading Voice over IP software and products company where he led the organization's manufacturing, marketing, sales and operations functions. Mr. Murphy served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Commercial Markets for RCN (NASDAQ: RCNC) where he was responsible for all commercial activities as well as the residential sales organization. Earlier in his career, Mr. Murphy served as Vice President, Marketing and Regulatory at Eastern TeleLogic and as Vice President, General Business Markets at Teleport Communications Group (TCG). Mr. Murphy also held senior management positions at Bellcore (Telcordia) and AT&T. He began his career as a Sales Manager at New York Telephone. Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelors degree from Hofstra University and a Masters degree in Advanced Management from Pace University. |

Robert Burris has more than 25 years of operations and engineering experience in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Burris brings a unique talent for scaling organizations while optimizing multi-million-dollar telecom budgets to support global infrastructures. Prior to Core180, Mr. Burris held executive-level operation and engineering positions with Arbinet, At Arbinet, Mr. Burris was Vice President of Technical Operations, responsible for all field operations, network management and transmission engineering. In that capacity, Mr. Burris expanded Arbinet's exchange points throughout the US, Europe and Asia, and was responsible for the design and implementation of metro dark fiber networks in Los Angeles, New York and London. Prior to Arbinet, Mr. Burris held senior management positions include Cable and Wireless and RCA Americom.

Jerry Edgerton is widely known and respected in the federal marketplace for over 30 years of bringing advanced communications technology to government. Prior to Core180, Mr. Edgerton skillfully led the MCI/Verizon Business federal government business unit for nearly 20 years, building it from the ground up into a $3 billion enterprise, widely regarded today as the premier federal government telecommunications organization. Prior to MCI and Verizon Business, Mr. Edgerton directed the federal operations group at Tymnet/McDonnell Douglas Network Systems Company. While at the U.S. Postal Service, he managed application design and data center operations and directed the development and deployment of large network systems. Since leaving Verizon Business, Mr. Edgerton has served in executive capacities providing guidance and governance to various organizations. Mr. Edgerton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Pace University in New York. |

Mark Ritter has over 20 years experience in managing network operations, network development and business development for multiple commercial telecommunications companies. Prior to Core180, Mr. Ritter served as Vice President of the Telecom Solutions Division at CapRock (formerly Arrowhead), and was primarily responsible for the capture of the DISN DATS award. Mr. Ritter was Executive Director of Corporate Development for XO Communications, with responsibility for network development and infrastructure sales. Mr. Ritter was also a founder and Eastern Region Vice President for Advanced Telcom Group, an integrated communications provider with networks in six markets on the East Coast. Prior to ATG, he was Vice President of Network and Corporate Development for Brooks Fiber Properties and held multiple senior management roles at MCI Communications and NEC America. Mr. Ritter obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University and a Master of Public Administration degree from American University.

Harry Sticker, has more than 20 years of systems management and executive experience in the telecom industry. Dr. Sticker is responsible for the systems and IT infrastructure of Core180. Prior to Core180, Dr. Sticker was co-founder and partner at RAH Technology, a telecommunications and IT consulting company where he architected and managed multiple projects involving, systems, disaster recovery and network operations. Dr. Sticker was also the Vice-President and co-founder of Coreon, providing outsourced operations support to telecom Service Providers. At Coreon, Dr. Sticker was responsible for overseeing the development, integration and deployment for the Coreon business application within its OSP model. |

Kimberly Hicks has more than 15 years of financial and accounting experience in a variety of industries including software, technology, consulting and manufacturing. She has experience in several technology venture-backed start-ups. Ms. Hicks is responsible for the finance and accounting functions of Core180. Prior to joining Core180, Ms. Hicks was the Chief Financial Officer of Formatta Corporation, a venture-backed software company in which she was responsible for establishing financial and operational infrastructure, negotiating customer contracts, reducing expense structure, improving cash flow and negotiating credit facilities. Ms. Hicks also served as the Controller of ServiceBench, a venture-backed software company which was acquired by National Electronics Warranty (NEW). ServiceBench received the “Hottest Exit” award by the Northern Virginia Technology Council for its acquisition. While at ServiceBench, Ms. Hicks was responsible for the implementation of a new accounting system, relocation of company headquarters and operational facilities and overall accounting functions.Ms. Hicks has also worked for Accenture, Lafarge North America and Eurotherm/Invensys Plc. in various accounting and financial roles. Ms. Hicks holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Virginia. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ron Carmanico has over 25 years of sales and management experience in telecommunications and professional services industries. Mr. Carmanico has successfully lead and directed sales teams in both the large enterprise, carrier, and government markets. Prior to Core180 Mr. Carmanico was Vice President of US sales for Global Telecom Technology with responsibilities for carrier, enterprise, government, and agent channels sales. Mr. Carmanico has also held senior management positions with Verizon Business, MCI, and Intermedia and was instrumental in driving new logo sales as well as market and product development.
Born in Montreal, Canada, Mr. Carmanico started his career with Deloitte &
Touche selling professional services and a full suite of application development
personnel. His primary customer was the Canadian Federal Government supporting
multi-million dollar projects for Statistics Canada, Fisheries and Oceans, and
the Department of Public works.
Mr. Carmanico attended Algonquin College in Ottawa, Canada in a Business Administration program with a major in management. |
