Carrier Choice - Core180 is able to interconnect with over 400 carrier networks at our 20 carrier interconnection POP sites. Core180 evaluates the reliability metrics of individual network segments, the level of infrastructure diversity, and cost in order to identify the optimal network infrastructure for the client requirements.

Network Design and Diversity - Core180 evaluates network path diagrams from both local access and backbone transport providers, including review of physical fiber path separation, building entrance diversity, power grid jeopardies, redundancy of optronics and power supplies, and level of ring protection to ensure the resiliency of the Core180 network infrastructure and to meet our clients diversity requirements.
 
Proactive Management - Client networks are actively managed, providing network visibility through either a web based portal or API integration; managed cross connections, circuit mapping and testing to provide end-to-end control; 24x7 Network Control Center for integrated trouble ticketing and resolution; real time remote monitoring and diagnostics. All circuit elements in a Managed Access Solution are monitored by Core180 network optronics.
 
Network Availability - Core180 ensures highest network availability through card protected service as a standard; physical route diversity where available; aggregation of access circuits to optical level at earliest point in the network for SONET benefits; and requiring stringent SLAs with carriers.
 
Network Optimization - Core180 continuously analyzes current and future networking needs and initiates cost savings and network improvements through circuit aggregation and grooming; analysis of total and average bandwidth consumption over a specified time period; analysis of current versus future needs; identification of network solutions and hardware needed to support change requirements.
